This page explains the Terms of Use for anyone who wishes to use the CHIYOOM Inc. website and software. Both chiyoom-au.com and Chiyoom Mobile Application along with all associated web pages, are covered by this agreement. CHIYOOM Inc. allows users to enable their staff members and other leaders to access their accounts. All users, regardless of their role, are bound by these Terms of Use. By accessing or using these sites in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. Please read this information carefully.
The main offices of CHIYOOM Inc. are located in City of Sejong, Republic of Korea. You may email CHIYOOM Inc. at any time at duk0478@chiyoom.com.
When you subscribe to CHIYOOM Inc., you agree that we are permitted to bill you a subscription fee. We will automatically bill the credit/debit card we have on file on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your subscription. If your subscription began on a day not contained in a given month, we will bill your credit card on the last day of such month. For example, if you became a paying member on January 31st, your credit card would next be billed on February 28th. We reserve the right to suspend access to any account with an unpaid balance. If an account is suspended, it will be inaccessible until the account is paid in full. If the balance remains unresolved, we will attempt to collect the unpaid balance again after 7 days. If balances remain unpaid for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to send the account to collections. Communication regarding billing issues will be made directly with the person who made the initial payment unless changes have been requested in writing via email. It is your responsibility to keep the Administrator contact email address and Billing contact email address updated for your account.
You may cancel your subscription to CHIYOOM Inc. at any time for any reason. Once you cancel, your subscription will stop, but you will still have access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle. CHIYOOM Inc. will keep your account securely stored for a period of time after cancellation in case you wish to restore your service. To reactivate your account database, you will need to renew your subscription. Cancellations must be made by clicking the “Cancel” button on the “Billing & Invoices” page in your account. Cancellations must be done in accordance with our Terms. All refunds will be given to the original credit card on which the purchase was made. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reach you or be credited to your account.
The emailing and texting features in CHIYOOM Inc. cannot be used for marketing purposes. These features are to be used for notifications and communications within your organization ONLY. Any violation of this will result in immediate suspension of the account and legal actions to the fullest extent of the law, including collection of the charges incurred by such activities.
Within your account, there are links allowing you to interact with and use other independent third-party websites, products, or services (‘Third-Party Services‘). Access to Third-Party Services is provided solely for convenience. Third-Party Services are not under CHIYOOM Inc.'s control, and CHIYOOM Inc. does not necessarily endorse their content, advertising, products, services, or other materials. Your use of any Third-Party Services may be subject to the third-party provider’s terms and conditions, intellectual property restrictions, and privacy policy, and may involve the disclosure or transfer of information from or about you to the third-party provider. You need to make your own independent judgment regarding your use of and interaction with any Third-Party Services. You acknowledge and agree that CHIYOOM Inc. is not responsible for the availability of any Third-Party Services and that CHIYOOM Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or interaction with any Third-Party Services. CHIYOOM Inc. uses additional Third-Party API services, including YouTube. The use of certain integrations and the API Client is governed by ‘YouTube Terms of Service (ToS)’ and ‘Google’s Privacy Policy’. User information is not shared with Third-Party Services. API Client access can be revoked in the user’s ‘Google account security settings permissions page’.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. Users of public or shared computers should log out at the completion of each visit to CHIYOOM Inc. CHIYOOM Inc. will allow active logins into the system. It is your responsibility to protect these. CHIYOOM Inc. is not liable for any mishandled information due to the negligence of the user in not protecting login credentials or public or shared computers.
These Terms of Use and any disputes related to them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. The court having jurisdiction over the location of the company's address at the time of the lawsuit shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the company and the member.
We reserve the sole right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time for any reason. It is your responsibility to review this agreement as frequently as you wish, understanding that your continued use of our sites and services after any changes have been posted publicly on the chiyoom.com website means you are agreeing with the new Terms of Use.
Our goal is to provide an excellent product and service. However, CHIYOOM Inc., in its entirety, is provided “as is” and we make no representations or warranties of any kind. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of our sites, any failures, delays, or interruptions in the service, delivery of any content, notifications, or reminders, any losses or damages arising from the use of the content provided on the CHIYOOM Inc. sites, or any conduct by users of the CHIYOOM Inc. system. We reserve the right to refuse services at our sole and absolute discretion. We disclaim all representations and warranties, including, for example, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In addition, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via our site is accurate, complete, or current.
In no instance shall CHIYOOM Inc., its directors, officers, or employees be liable (jointly or severally) for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the CHIYOOM Inc. sites.
